1 - SCOPE

Access to the Internet website fruitionsciences.com (hereinafter the « Website »), as well as usage of its contents, is within the scope of these Terms & Conditions. By accessing and navigating the Website you agree without reservations to these Terms & Conditions.

2.1. The Website may contain information related to products developed by Fruition Sciences as well as information pertaining to viticulture. The Website may also offer opinions or testimonies from viticulture experts or Fruition Sciences’ clients, as well as press articles. Such information only binds the persons who are consulted and does not necessarily reflect Fruition Sciences’ opinion.

2.2. This information shall not, in any event, constitute an opinion regarding a potential irrigation strategy and are published solely for information purposes. You shall not, in any case, use this information to choose an irrigation strategy that may not be adapted to your vineyard.

2.3. Consequently, you acknowledge that Fruition Sciences may not be held liable for the information published on the Website and you agree that using this information is done at your sole responsibility, control and direction.

3 - Guarantees and Liabilities

3.1. The contents of the Website have been prepared with the utmost care and have been subjected to meticulous controls on the part of Fruition Sciences, who strives to ensure as best it can that the information accessible on the Website are exact and up to date. However, Fruition Sciences does not provide any express or tacit guarantee regarding any part of, or the entire Website and cannot be held liable for the news, the accuracy, the exhaustiveness, or the quality of the information published on the Website.

5.1. The Company is the owner of the domain name fruitionsciences.com. The Website associated with it is an original work of authorship protected by intellectual property laws.

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are created in accordance with French law, specifically the provisions of the law n°2004-575 of June 21st, 2004 “for trust in digital economy” (« Loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique »), as well as the law n°78-17 of January 6th, 1978, “relating to information technology, files and liberties” (« relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés »).

12.2. The courts of French jurisdiction are territorially competent to hear any dispute relating to the Website.
